The 360
The 360 is an ongoing project I started in 2020, exploring repetition in practice and wanting to create abundantly. It started as an experiment to see if I could push myself to create 360 pieces in as many days, and a curiosity about both the creative and skill result of such a taxing process.
That first year was an incredibly valuable experience but also caused some burnout. I’ve kept on exploring the idea, repetition, consistency, creative growth through pushing myself.
Each year, I’ve redefined the parameters. This year, I am continuing the exploration but with a few new adjustments. For 2026. I’ll be doing only 2 pieces per week with the same creative directness and the same very accessible pricing. Each week I’ll do one smaller and one larger piece, and I’m now working on a custom oil paper. Otherwise the structure is the same, each collector gets a week and one of the two spots. We discuss any creative direction and other details and finish up payment the week ahead.
As this project grows it has become a bit of an exclusive club of collectors who are supporting a new way of collecting, and getting to collect the raw explorations that so much of my work grows out of. I decided to offer the works produced in this process at a far lower price (a bit less than half my normal pricing) than my standard because it’s is an adventure for both me and the collector, and I value so much those collectors being a pert of the exploration side of making art.
How it all works:
I make one of each size each week, generally on Monday. The 360 is 22x22, the 1440 is 36x42. I typically make these on custom oil paper, and can make some adjustments if needed.
Payments are made up front the week before. I prefer Venmo but can do other forms as well.
We can discuss any direction you may have the previous week as well, any color, imagery, or other details are up for discussion.
The pieces are typically ready to pick up the following week, but I have a standard day each month for pick up if you can work with that- currently the 4th Friday of each month.
I also make a simple frame of you’d like to add that. It’s a wood shadow box and pricing is standard $135 for the small and $225 for the large.
